Within the settings module, the Estimation tab is designed to calculate rates for both transient and tenant aircraft. This feature empowers you to customize square footage rates for base tenants and transient users. After selecting an aircraft and rate, the system provides estimated square foot prices. Moreover, by selecting an aircraft again, you can input specific dimensions and adjust rates accordingly, with the option to include a buffer. The tool then calculates total charges for both tenants and daily transient users.
